Attendance Area Map
In January 2026, the District 65 School Board approved student attendance boundaries that will go into effect at the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year. Many of these boundaries were approved in 2022 as part of the district's Student Assignment Plan (SAP).
PDFs of each school's attendance boundaries are listed below.
Some exceptions apply; see below. The deadline for all permissive transfer applications is 11:59 p.m. on March 1, 2026.

How to Use the Interactive Map
- Open District 65 interactive Google Map
- Click the magnifying class on the lefthand side.
- Enter your home address, then select "Move map to [address]"
- Zoom out to see your attendance boundary.
To look at next year's attendance boundaries, ensure that the lefthand side shows "2026-27 Elementary School Boundaries" or "2026-27 Middle School Boundaries" with a checkmark next to it.
Boundary Change Exceptions
- Students who live in the Foster School attendance area (see maps above) but attend another D65 K-5 elementary school during the 25-26 school year will be assigned to Foster school for 26-27. A family may complete a permissive transfer to stay at their 25-26 school and the District is to accept this request until the grade level is at enrollment capacity.
- Current (2025-26 school year) sixth and seventh graders can remain at their current middle school through graduation.
- Kindergarten through fourth grade (2025-26 school year) students at Bessie Rhodes are assigned to Foster School through fifth grade. Families may complete a return to home school request if they wish.
